Welcome to L E Cleaning. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

L E Cleaning provides domestic, commercial, end of tenancy, Airbnb, deep cleaning, and specialist cleaning services across London and surrounding areas.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by L E Cleaning.

Quotes provided through our website, instant quote forms, email, phone, or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the property condition, size, or requirements differ significantly from the details originally provided.

3. Access Requirements

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time.

Properties must have:

  • Running water
  • Electricity
  • Safe working conditions

If access cannot be provided upon arrival, a call-out charge or cancellation fee may apply.

4. Cleaning Services

We provide our services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.

While we aim to achieve the highest possible standards, cleaning results may vary depending on factors including:

  • Existing property condition
  • Age and condition of fixtures or furnishings
  • Permanent staining or damage
  • Limescale build-up
  • Wear and tear

We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, marks, mould, odours, or damage that existed before the service.

5. End of Tenancy Cleaning Guarantee

Our 72-Hour Re-clean Guarantee applies to end of tenancy cleaning services only.

If a landlord, letting agent, or inventory clerk identifies cleaning-related issues within 72 hours of service completion, customers must notify us and provide evidence where requested.

Where appropriate, we will return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • New dirt or contamination after the clean
  • Property damage
  • Maintenance issues
  • Wear and tear
  • Issues unrelated to cleaning

No refunds will be provided where a re-clean opportunity has not been offered.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.

Depending on the service, we may require:

  • Full payment in advance
  • A deposit to secure the booking
  • Staged payments for larger projects

Payments may be made using Stripe and supported payment methods.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services or legal recovery of outstanding balances.

7. Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled without charge when sufficient notice is provided.

We recommend at least:

  • 24 hours' notice for domestic services
  • 48 hours' notice for end of tenancy, deep cleaning, Airbnb, and commercial services

8. Cancellation Policy

Domestic Cleaning

  • More than 24 hours' notice: Full refund
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: Up to 50% of booking value may be retained
  • Same-day cancellation: Non-refundable

End of Tenancy, Deep Cleaning & Airbnb Services

  • More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund
  • Less than 48 hours' notice: Deposit or payment may be partially retained
  • Same-day cancellation: Non-refundable

9. Damage Claims

Any claim relating to accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

L E Cleaning's liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the affected item where responsibility is established.

We are not responsible for:

  • Existing damage
  • Fragile items not disclosed beforehand
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from faulty fixtures or fittings

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L E Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by L E Cleaning and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
